The Christmas Letter I Didn't Send You

I surprisingly did manage to get my shit together this year in time to send out Christmas cards- but it wasn't enough for you friends + family, was it? Multiple people texted asking where my Christmas letter was!? They expected a personal blog. So since it actually never crossed my mind and I love you; and it's Christmas, and on Christmas you write intimate blogs- here you go***

MERRY CHRISTMAS! 2020- what a year, huh? Ha-Ha!

While the rest of the world was shutting down and shutting in, and trying to adjust to staying home locking down with their kids all day everyday and never going anywhere, ever- Beth was like, 'I've already been doing this for 2.5 years, what's everyone complaining about?' Ha-Ha!

The Busch Family cancelled three, YES THREE, tropical beach vacations this year. Cozumel, Puerto Rico, Florida. Instead, we bought a pop-up camper and spent a lot of time in the mountains. Beth pooped in the woods for the first time! 2020- what a year, huh? Ha-Ha!

Hugo turned 7, Jack turned 3, and Ace turned 1. These sons of guns of ours are growing up so fast! Jack is talking, Ace is walking, and Hugo is still growling at everyone. We love them so much! Jack was Spiderman for Halloween and he has been wearing his costume every day since so please kindly refer to him as Spidey from now on.

John is still employed and we are so hashtag blessed. Nobody still knows/understands what he does exactly but that's the way we like it! Beth still muddles through being a landlord/property manager. The only thing she "manages" to do is assign John all the messy work. (Ha-Ha!) Beth also started her wildly popular blog this year and is in the works to write her own book of essays. Coming soon to a bookstore near you in the next 5-15 years. John is also in the process of building a house on our land outside of Palisade. Coming soon in the next 5-15 years.

The Busch family relocated temporarily to 2020's Hottest Vacation Destination: Tulsa, for 2 months! They didn't get any tropical vacations, but at least they got Tulsa! Ha-Ha! John cleaned up THE STREETS of Tulsa and then the whole family headed to Wisconsin to spend the holidays with their family. Spidey & Ace did great on the plane ride. We wish you & yours a very Merry Christmas and a happy New Year!
